PSL's

I don't follow pro football that much but there is a lot of discussion up here about PSL's (personal seat licenses) in order to have the opportunity to buy season tickets to NY Jets and NY Giants games. Apparently these PSL's are around the 20K range. Does anyone know if any other NFL team does this?

As far as I know they all do and have for the last 20 or so years.

Hell the Racers do but just call it something else. You have to give to the Racer Foundation to be eligible to buy season tickets, and the level of your gift dictates which tickets (endzone, chair, section) you can purchase. Same thing IMO.
We won this game in July in the weight room and practicing on the football field - BJ Jenkins 06 March 2010 after the Racer's 62-51 win over Morehead to go dancing.
